I am writing to encourage the Board of Health to look carefully and critically at the proposed regulations for women's health centers.  Are these regulations medically necessary or meant to be obstacles to make it more difficult for women to receive safe and affordable contraceptive services and/or abortions?  I believe there is a strong moral and judgmental motivation for these regulations rather than a medical or practical concern.

Please do not let your Board become a political organization or a rubber stamp for someone else's agenda.  The men and women of Virginia look to you to safeguard our access to services that we need and that are legal.
