Please keep legislation out of the exam room and out of a patient's intimate relationship with her provider. 

We all know there are law abiding healthcare centers in the state which provide excellent quality low cost or no cost healthcare to women.  These centers are operating due to the generous donations of others who believe it is every woman's right to decide when and where they receive their healthcare. 

By imposing such harsh regulations on these healthcare centers, it will make it impossible for many centers to continue to provide healthcare to the underinsured  and uninsured women and children of the commonwealth of virginia.  Is this really what the Board of Health and the Governor are striving for?? Did you forget there is a healthcare crisis and a shortage of providers? Did you forget there are millions of people who have no insurance at all? Where will they go when you force these healthcenters to close due to overregulating?

Imposing these regulations will set  woman back 39 years!!  It will take away our right to make personal, private medication decisions, our right to control our bodies, and our right to manage our reproductive health and our lives.
