if these proposed regulations have any basis in medicine or science, why are they not being applied to all outpatient clinics, not just to abortion providers? it is obvious that they are simply an attempt to restrict access to abortion, driven by religious belief. is this not a christian sharia?

if virginia continues down this path of imposing religious beliefs in law, perhaps it is time for northern virgina to follow west virginia.
