The new clinic regulations Virginia is trying to impose may be the strictest in the country and may force many clinics to close rather than comply with designs equal to those of new out-patient surgical clinics.   This would limit women's right to chose abortions as a option and is a step backwards in women's rights and health. These new laws have little to do with improving women's health and more to do with making it more difficult to obtain an abortion. This is just a case of imposing someone's moral opinions on needy women. Please do not make it more expensive or more difficult to get an abortion. No one likes to get abortions but it is the best option for many pregnant women. Thank you. Judy Hinch
