Please do not make permanent the policy that imposes unfair and onerous restrictions on women's reproductive health clinics, which provide needed women's services, including contraception and legal abortion.

It's unconscionable that Virginia has singled out clinics that provide needed and legal abortions and whose facilities meet high standards. It is discriminatory that birthing centers that do not meet hospital standards for care, are not included in the restrictive regulations.
