Please do not allow Abortion Clinic regulations from becoming so strict that they effectively put these clinics out of business.  If a particular clinic has a stellar record on procedures and outcomes on women's health and safety, they should not be harassed with meaningless regulations as to hallway size, etc.  There have always been women and girls who will do anything to abort their pregnancies; the safe, clean, professional clinics should be available for them, no matter their income level..  Hopefully, the days of the 'back alley abortion butcher' won't return.  We need to focus on preventing unwanted pregnancies, rather than preventing clinics from operating.
