Dear Members of the Virginia Board of Health,

I fear that the new regulations affecting abortion clinics will do nothing to improve the outcomes achieved and therefore represent a clear case of costly over-regulation. Please do not make the temporary regulations permanent and reconsider the input from the many doctors whose advice was sought, but ignored, earlier in this process.
