Do not overburden clinics with regulations that could reduce women's access to the healthcare they require.  I believe it is our ethical responsibility to provide more access, not tighten regulations on existing clinics.  Of course safe practices must be followed, the safety records of clinics in our state speak for themselves.  Thank you.
