It is my hope that the regulations being discussed will be amended purely based on science and medicine and will not impede on women's access to essential health care. I have gone to Planned Parenthood for my reproductive health, including when I had a very serious infection caused by a cyst that burst. I went because I am a college student and it was an emergency, and I do have health insurance! Planned Parenthood was there for me, just like it is there for thousands of Americans everyday. Planned Parenthood is an important asset to the community by offering excellent health services for everyone.
