As a resident of the Commonwealth, I sincerely hope that any regulations imposed on Women's Health Centers would be based on medical neccessity and would not serve to limit much needed care and services.  The proposed requirements would require extensive and burdensome modifications to the clinics and there has been no evidence presented that these changes would improve the quality of care provided.  Please do not put politics above patient care, we must not support the imposition of these regulations.
