The Supreme Court ruled on "choice":  under Article Six and the Ninth Amendment to the U.S. Consitution this is not only legal but constitutional.  This issue has been settled by the courts.

What is illegal is singling out this one business under the Equal Protection clause.  

The federal Office of Special Counsel polices illegal "politics" by government servants and has the authority to end careers of the board members - permanently.

It could only be made legal if you apply the same standard to all clinics which is why you won't do it. 

This is simply the wrong call on almost every level.
