i AM ASKING YOU TO RECONSIDER THESE REGULATIONS. IT IS A GIANT STEP BACKWARDS FOR WOMEN IN VIRGINIA. IT IS UN-NECESSARY AND I FEEL IT IS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST WOMEN.
