The RGGI benefits us taxpayers as well as the Government of Virginia.  Most of us consider the Governor's attempt to withdraw from it as pure political grandstanding.  Please follow the mandates of your oath to do what's best for all Virginians, and decide to stay with and fully participate in RGGI.  Thank you.
