In the nine quarterly auctions since Virginia passed a law to join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, RGGI has generated $590 million to invest in

• energy efficiency for low-income Virginians
• flood preparedness for communities across the Commonwealth. 
• weatherization upgrades for low income-housing. 

RGGI is working! 

Please DO NOT take away RGGI monies that were ear-marked (by statute) for low-income housing energy efficiency efforts. 

Diverting these monies subverts our statute, undercuts energy efficiency, and undermines environmental justice efforts.
