I am a mother of 2 children in rural northern Virginia. I fear for me children if we don’t cut back on greenhouse gases fast.  The progress RGGI has made is something, and it should be built off of, not repealed.  Seeing how it has impacted public health, reducing asthma attacks feels huge as I see my daughter struggle with breathing and needing clean air to heal.  The power is in our hands, we must make this a safer and healthier state and planet for our children’s generation.
