Oppose . These volunteer services are basic routine services and skills. The entire reason for CE is to advance and develop knowledge to expand one's ability to provide current and advanced skills and understanding to better serve the public sector. I strongly oppose this change. We must advance education and not weaken our quality of knowledge.
