I know that many private adoption agencies are religious organizations.  They provide a much needed service that at the same time sames us tax payer funds.   The proposed regulations that would not allow any of those agencies to discrimnate about who can adopt based on sexual orientation would cause serious harm to the very kids you are propose to help.

Please do not make those regulations law.
