I SUPPORT the proposed amendment to 4VAC10-30-170!

Please enact the proposed amendment to 4VAC10-30-170, which allows for the otherwise lawful carry of firearms and ammunition in state forests!  This amendment brings state forests into alignment with state parks, national parks, and national forests.
 

The ensuing confusion of rules between State Parks, Forests and National assets can only lead to grief for law abiding citizens.  We do not wish to be like California, where wild animals are free to kill and maim bikers and joggers while scared, unarmed persons look on.
