I want to oppose the use of sexually explicit material in the classroom and the library. The passing of and English curriculum in Virginia Beach VA was the top reason for keeping all 3 of my kids out of the public school system this year. It is the parents job and not the schools to educate children on sex, sexuality, and any other information regarding intimacy and the human body. If Virginia continues to pass policies that open the doors for teachers to speak on these subjects, Virginia will loose more and more students each year which will cost jobs and the stability of the VA economy. I would urge you to allow parents be parents and teachers to teach reading, writing, and math.
