Expand IV Terminology, paragraph B, 3

The current paragraph should have two more words added to explicitely include the word "club", as revised here:

Current: (ii) as part of an academic or extracurricular educational program.

Proposed: (ii) as part of an academic or extracurricular educational program or club.
