Sexually Explicit Materials in Public Schools

  • I support the model policies to protect innocent children from sexually explicit materials.
  • Parents are the ones in the best position to make decisions about what their children should or should not be exposed to.  In a case where parents are making poor decisions, staff must always err on the side of discretion and seek to protect that child.
  • School staff that violate model policies seeking to protect children should be so bject to administrative discipline as well as face legal actions.
