Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
Virginians do not need the state government controlling what parents deem to be proper for their own children. I can parent my children myself and do not need a law to tell me what someone else does or does not like.
