Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
I’m opposed to censorship of this kind. It will only harm learners in the long run, and goes against our American values of freedom and equality. This kind of censorship borders on neofascism.
