I'm a certified teacher in Virginia and am appalled that the VDOE continues to find political trends that they want to bring into school settings. Stop dividing our classrooms into sets of antagonistic groups. Stop making teachers arbiters of "equity" and let us teach all our students to respect each other and to give help where it's actually needed, not where some hyper-political group of social justice warriors tells us it's needed.
