What does this have to do with academics? Why not focus on the fact that many teachers are quitting and burning out because the expectations on them are overbearing and unnecessary, instead of adding yet another thing? And for what purpose? The kids AND the parents don't want another requirement either. And though you're not at that point yet, we know you will be. Just stop it!
