Va. Dept. of Education's "Guidance on Cultural Competency Training" is sinister HOGWASH.  Trash it immediately!  

First (though not worst) is that it's chock full of typical, predictable government-speak.  It's virtually impossible to comprehend.  Of course, that's deliberate.  Only mindless bureaucrats have the time and capacity to write a 9-paged document completely devoid of clear, concise and deliberate language. 

I resent that I pay these peoples' salaries to go to work (maybe) 8 hours a day only to dream up ways to control citizens and divide communities in their effort to create a Socialist USA; then cowardly avoid making their intentions clear.  

So in the absence of any ability to decipher the document itself, one looks to who or what it's based upon (one answer: Vernita Mayfield's book, "Cultural Competence Now.....")'; and who came up with it (Virginia's radical "blue" General Assembly, signed by Klan-robes Northam who's forever bowing to the hypocrites that, despite their calling for him to resign, facilitated his staying in office purely to serve their own political interests, such as this initiative). 

These tell one all (s)he needs to know about this "Mis-Guidance on Cultural Competency" training. 

In short, those who developed this document are evil, racist, bigoted opponents to American Liberty and Biblical teachings.  They, along with the document itself, need to be tossed out immediately.
