Guidance Document Change: In 2021, the Virginia General Assembly passed House Bill 1904 and Senate Bill 1196, and was signed into law by Governor Northam. The law establishes new requirements to support culturally competent educators in the Commonwealth. The Guidance on Cultural Competency Training for Teachers and Other Licensed School Board Employees in Virginia Public Schools was developed for the Board to fulfill the statutory mandate to provide guidance on the minimum standards for the local training requirement.

SHAME on the teachers Unions for supporting this CRT.  It is so prejudice to all races and should be booted out of the school systems.  I am so glad that it  was not in the system when I worked as I would have quit.  To brain wash kids into thinking that race makes a difference is totally SICK.  I have always liked and supported Martin Luther King and his ideas for race issues.  This is Marxism and needs to be in the out going file right now.  WE need to have kids that can spell and read and do math not fall to political thoughts.  But most of all we need kids that can think and not be programmed to UGLY ideas put in their heads by professional controllers.  That tell them how to vote how to think if they should love their parents  and should always give the money to the state.  If the people that promote this love it, then get on a plane and go to China or a country that has these ideas.  I would gladly give then a ticket.
