Vaccine mandates are immoral and wrong. While the vaccine may be safe, the government has zero right to require vaccinations upon a person. If you want to engender trust, don't compel vaccinations. Virginia will suffer loss of revenue as people leave the state if this is required. Requiring vaccinations will backfire.
