The public schools in NOVA are failing our children, this mandate re-enforces our reasons we do not send our kids to public school. Why should these schools continue to fail the community and still get funded?

If this mandate passes hundreds of thousands of parents across VA WILL pull their kids out of public schools...and if mandates are somehow forced upon our private/religious schools...home school will be the only option.

yes this mandate is completely wrong and needs to be address but we need to think ahead and defund these failing public schools...if you can show proof of attendance of a private school you should get the portion of your taxes back that fund public schools.
