NO MANDATE.  As a former healthcare provider I am very concerned about children in general receiving the vaccine.  This vaccine has not been around long enough for us to determine actual safety long term. 
it is our constitutional right to choose what we determine is right for us individually. The fact that you are recommending no religious exemption means the government is intruding on our religious rights.  Unacceptable.
