Leave it up to the individual teachers and parents of children.  If the mRNA shots work then let those who want the shots get them and let the rest of us build up proper immunity to protect the rest.  

This kind of legislations is completely irrational, unnecessary and is a complete overreach of state government into the lives of the people.
