Oppose Unconstitutional Mandates

Do not try and mandate these sorts of things. Allow people to make their own choices to mitigate their own risks. There is no actual evidence that the unvaccinated pose any threat to those vaccinated. Viral loads are the same for both, meaning the infection and transmission rates are the same. Vaccines only effect the one that received it to make their symptoms less severe. Someone else’s vaccination status has no effect on those around them. These mandates are simply power grabs.
Not allowing religious exemption, on top of that, is one of the most authoritarian, dictatorship-like actions that a government can take. These are for more intrusive and oppressive actions than what England did that caused America to rebel in the first place.
As a life-long Virginian, I am disgusted with what our government has been attempting to do and the amount of oppression they want to put on us as members of this commonwealth. I strongly oppose the mandate, especially any mandate that would consider infringing on people’s 1st amendment rights to practice their religion.
