There is no reason to mandate this vaccine,  especially for children.  The fact that long term studies have not been completed and the fact that the FDA "approved" (not for children) version of a covid vaccine  is not even available yet in this country,  should make this a non starter and the fact that it is even being discussed highlights is political nature in this time and space.
