No mandate
 

This SHOT should not be mandated (it is just that, a shot, not a vaccine). The flu shot is not mandatory, thus this should not be either. If the shot is not preventing you from getting the virus, then it should not be required. If parents can opt out of the typical vaccines need for their children to go to school, then one with very little to no long term data should definitely NOT be made mandatory for children or the workers. When there is already a work force shortage (schools included - obviously- just look at the severe Chesterfield Co school bus driver shortage), the last thing we need is to push school employees over the edge to walk out (they can find thousands of jobs anywhere). I have known several women whom have had their menstrual cycle completely disappear (this is by no means something that our young children should be subjected to). Absolutely NOT to making the shotmandatory.
