It is my firm belief that it is the citizens rights to chose whether or not to receive the vaccine.  To mandate it would be both unconstitutional and a gross overreach of our government.  

And why are those with natural immunity (antibodies) not even being addressed?  Are they not even more protected than those with synthetic immunity?
