NO experimental vaccine mandate. YES for religious exemptions

I was curious how this issue became a concern within the Virginia Department of Health.  It appears to me, that one individual, Kristen M Calleja, filed this petition.  Who is she?  What qualifications does she have to make this unconstitutional request?  Are we seriously considering endangering the health of over ONE MILLION children in the Virginia state school systems because of this ONE individual?

And, can anyone in the state of Virginia file a petition for anything they want? If I want children to dye their hair pink on every other Wednesday, will that petition be considered?  I am totally opposed to the Virginia Department of Health, State Board of Health and/or Health and Human Resources making ANY decision for the children of the state.  A child’s health is the concern of his/her parents only. The experimental vaccine & its long and short term effects have not been studied long enough and there is not enough data to know about the harm it can cause these children. What we DO know now, is that both vaccinated and unvaccinated people can transmit the virus.  What we DO know now is that the viral load in vaccinated people is stronger than unvaccinated people.  Why would we put our children in harms way?  Children have a survival rate that is well over 99% if they get this virus.  I am against mandating any vaccine to school aged children and parents should be able to have a religious exemption!
