Description |
The Virginia State Forest Regulations are effective within all State Forests in the Commonwealth. The regulations are intended to regulate all persons using these lands and waters. The regulations address; aviation; bathing; boating; camping; charges; disorderly conduct and public nuisance; dogs and other animals; explosives and firearms; fires and smoking; forest preservation; hunting and fishing; meetings, exhibitions, advertising and commercial enterprises; permits; picnic areas; refuse and rubbish; sports and games; traffic and parking; and use of roads.
