Description This regulation is part of the VDOT's Department Policy Memoranda Manual. It sets forth the rules and procedures VDOT will follow in evaluating requests to use State-owned facilities for activities unrelated to the assigned work of employees.The Office of the Attorney General has found that this regulation is exempt from the APA under 9-6.14:4.1 C2 (effective 10/2001, 2.2-4006 A2).
