General Information
| Action Summary |
8VAC20-250 and 8VAC20-690 prescribe regulations concerning testing students for certain medical conditions and thus are commonly referenced by the same practitioners in the public schools. By combining the current chapters into one section within 8VAC20-720, the Board will create one clear and concise point of reference for these practitioners and other relevant parties to navigate to, as opposed to requiring them to search for distinct chapters as is the case now. The underlying regulatory requirements of both 8VAC20-690 and 8VAC20-250 will be retained as they currently exist in the new section of 8VAC20-720. |
