| Action Summary |
The regulation will be amended. Chapter 650 was promulgated in 2003. Since that time, § 22.1-290.01 was amended 3 times, and § 22.1-290.2 was established in 2020. Chapter 650 will be amended to reflect these statutory changes. Section 10 of Chapter 650 will be amended to update subsection (3)(c) to reflect the ten-year renewable license of § 22.1-298.1 which was amended in Chapter 749 of the 2018 session. Section 20 of Chapter 650 will be amended to include the requirements of § 22.1-290.2(A) of the Code of Virginia. Section 30 of Chapter 650 will be amended to match the statutory requirements of § 22.1-290.01.(C) of the Code of Virginia. |
