8VAC20-340-10 will be amended to reflect the 180-day temporary drivers license currently issued by Department of Motor Vehicles to students who successfully complete the standardized end-of-course road skills assessment and to include the 90-minute parent/student driver education component as part of the classroom portion of the driver education curriculum as required by ยง 22.1-205 of the Code of Virginia. |
