Action:
Repeal of Regulations Following Periodic Review
Action 6700
General Information
| Action Summary |
The regulatory Chapter 360 (Regulations Governing General Educational Development Certificates) is no longer necessary for the protection of public health, safety, and welfare due to the fact it is no longer required. The regular no-cost procurement process ensures that the approved assessment(s) and testing protocols remain compliant with the Board guidance and the credential retains its rigorous value. Therefore, Chapter 360 should be repealed. |
