General Information
Action Summary DPOR is amending existing regulations to conform to SB 1406, enacted by the General Assembly during the 2021 Special Session I. This action conforms regulations concerning qualifications for licensure and standards of conduct to the marijuana legalization law that limits dissemination of criminal history record information, and removes reporting by applicants or licensees of misdemeanor marijuana convictions.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
