| Action Summary |
The Real Estate Board intends to amend its regulations to adjust license application, renewal, and reinstatement fees for real estate licenses. The Board must establish fees adequate to support the costs of its operations and a proportionate share of the Department’s operations. By the close of the next biennium (2022-2024), fees will not provide adequate revenue for those costs. |
