Action Summary |
This general permit regulation establishes limitations, monitoring requirements and other special conditions for point source discharge from Petroleum Contaminated Sites, Groundwater Remediation, and Hydrostatic Tests to surface waters in order to maintain surface water quality.
This regulation action is proposed in order to amend and reissue the existing general permit which expires on February 25, 2023.
