General Information
Action Summary The purpose of the proposed regulatory action is to clarify that if a person fails the licensure examination for genetic counseling, his active candidate status is terminated and he is no longer eligible for a temporary license. However, if an applicant passes the examination, he may continue to practice with his temporary license until his permanent license has been issued.
