Purpose of Notice: The Department of Conservation and Recreation is accepting public comment on the proposed Resilient Virginia Revolving Loan Fund Manual.
After reviewing public comment and making any necessary and appropriate amendments to the draft, the Department of Conservation and Recreation will open the funding round.
Public Comment Period: The public comment period for this forum will begin June 6, 2025 and close on July 6, 2025.
