1VAC20-50-50. Candidate Filings for Special Elections.

For special elections that are scheduled in months other than May or November, a person may not submit the candidate qualification documents required by Chapter 5 of Title 24.2 of the Code of Virginia until an appropriate authority has issued the writ ordering the election.
