 Agency Decision Text
At its meeting on June 22, 2021, the Board considered the petitioner's request and voted to take no action. The Board noted that its current application review process and timeframes provide applicants the opportunity to submit supplemental documentation after the 130-day deadline, up until NCEES exam registration closes. An applicant in the situation described by the petitioner, for instance, would be allowed to register and sit for the PE exam contingent upon receipt of degree verification; the unavailability of official transcripts before the application deadline is not an issue.
