a. Wetlands Application # 2026-0521 submitted by Coastal Wetlands Consulting, LLC
on behalf of Derek Alverson. This request is the construction of 33 linear feet of rip
rap revetment transitioning into a stone sill within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction.
The proposed project is located on Fishing Bay, at Tax Map Parcel # 40-387A. 1112

b. Wetlands Application # 2026-1583 submitted by SalTerra Solutions, LLC on behalf of
Diane Ruark. This request is to install 210' rip rap revetment and install 255' stone sill
with sand nourishment within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed
project is located on Jackson Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 40-41-1. 71 Norhall lane
c. Wetlands Application # 2026-1598 submitted by Christopher Wood. This request is to
build new 107’ vinyl seawall, build a 40' low profile groin, and use existing rip rap
removed from revetment to cover existing groin that has rock already over it within
the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the
Rappahannock River, at Tax Map Parcel # 28B-1-1. 675 Burhans Wharf Road
d. Wetlands Application # 2026-1605 submitted by Eric Jewell. This request is for
placement of 35 yards of clean beach sand within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction.
The proposed project is located on Sturgeon Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 40-25-2. 77

C. All comments and/or remarks will be addressed to the Wetlands Board, not to the audience or the applicant.
D. Comments from individuals – allowed three (3) minutes each.
E. Comments from speaker(s) representing a group:
i. Must represent four (4) or more individuals;
ii. Individuals must stand and acknowledge that they are being represented by the speaker and that they
forfeit their individual time to speak;
iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s)
4. Chairman closes hearing for comments from public.
